摘　　要：目的 :探讨胃大部切除术后残胃排空延迟综合征 (DGE)的诊断与治疗。方法 :回顾性分析总结 1985年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 12月间胃大部切除手术 4 0 8例。结果 :本组 4 0 8例中发生残胃排空延迟综合征 11例 ,发生率 2 .7%。结论 :DGE可由多种因素诱发 ,发病机制不明。非手术治疗可治愈 ,手术应为禁忌。Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and management of delayed gastric emptying(DGE) after gastrectomy. Method:A retrospective analysis was made from 408 patients undergoing gastric resection between 1985.01 and 2002.12. Result:DGE occurred in 11of 408 patients (2.7%). Conclusion:DGE can result from the comprehesive factor.The pathogenesis is unknown.Conservation treatment is necessary,and reoperation should be avoided.
