摘  要:微流控芯片技术用于细胞生化分析已引起了广泛关注.A novel microfluidic device was developed for on-chip manipulation and monitoring exocytosis of single cells. The microfluidic device consists of a top layer of PDMS containing channels for introducing cells and stimulants and a bottom glass layer into which a cell microchamber was etched. By using hydraulic pressure , single cells were transported and located on the microfluidc chip. After the location of single PC12 cells on the microfluidic chip, the cell was stimulated with nicotine that was also introduced through the microchannels, and the quantum release of dopamine from the cell was detected by ampero-metric determination with our designed carbon fiber microelectrode. The results demonstrate the convenience and efficiency of using the microfluidic chip for monitoring of single cells, and offered a new profile for the analysis of single cells on the microfluidic devices.
