摘  要:1991~2002年利用贵州野生高羊茅地方种质资源,采用改良混合选择法,以抗旱、耐热为主要抗逆因子,定向选择育成抗逆高羊茅“98-1”草坪草新品系(种)。通过高温干旱天气环境鉴定其抗旱、耐高温能力。按二次回归正交旋转组合设计方法,以N、P、K为肥料试验因子,实施种子丰产栽培技术措施。结果表明,抗逆高羊茅“98-1”系丛生型须根系,分蘖能力特强,单株分蘖可达287个,一般为250个左右。种子千粒重2.35g左右。种子发芽率95%以上。2001年夏季进行草坪种植,在连续20多天干旱无雨,气温高达38℃,草坪土表温度达42℃高温的环境下顺利越夏。经计算机DPS平台操作系统统计分析,在N(51.5kg·hm^(-2))、P_2O_5(225kg·hm^(-2))、K_2O(200kg·hm^(-2))的组合条件下,可获得最大经济效益的最高种子产量为1451.9kg·hm^(-2)。Tall Fescue has been used to breed high resistance turf variety since 1991. The improved mix selection was used in the breeding process. The new variety,which was called Tall Fescue 98-1 ,had drought-resistance and high temperature-resistance. It had strong tillering ability, generally about 250 tillers for one plant. The weight of 1 000 grain was about 2. 35g and seed yield was 1450kg hm-2. When continuous drought for 20 days, atmosphere temperature 38C and top soil temperature 42C ,it could live through summer successfully at Dushan in 2001. From 1999 to 2002, N ,P ,K effects on seed production were studied too. The combination of N(51. 5kg hm-2 ) , P2O5 (225kg hm-2 ) , (200kg hm-2 ) was suitable for seed production.
