建设基层哮喘专科 提高医院经济效益

摘　　要：介绍了基层医院建立哮喘研治中心5年来取得的成效和经验教训。哮喘研治中心采用当今国际国内标准治疗方案,创造性地中西医结合,重点在坚持类固醇吸入预防发作,力求治本上。新疗法具有效果好、安全方便、费用低(仅相当于传统对症疗法的1/7)的优点。哮喘研治中心共治疗门诊及住院患者4000多例,临床控制率和显效率达80.0%以上。前2年,专科平均年创收65万元,约占全院业务收入的1/4,使内、儿科较专科前收入增加约4倍。近3年,专科总收入虽有下降,但人均收入仍高达10万元。专科还促进了主业的发展,1997年全院业务收入较1996年增加46.7%。作者认为,新形势下中小医院发展特色专科有其必要性和可行性,但必须使专科具有真正的科学性、先进性,并认真抓好,才会有长期稳定的社会效益和经济效益。The practice and experiment of asthma center for recent 5 years have been introduced. Therapy taken with GINA guidline is criterion in the world, which was in combination with western medicine and Chinese traditional medicine, stress was put on consistently inhaling corticosteroid to prevent attack and to treat origin of disease. New therapy is better effective, more safe and cheap, ( equal to 1/ 7 of traditional symptomatical treatment) . 4 000 odd cases had been treated during five years. Clinical controlled and effective rate was above 80% , 650 000 yuan( RMB) income had been gained at begining, two years, it was about equal to 1/ 4 of whole hospital income. Four times had been made in income of internal medicine and pediatrics department. Since recent 3 years, although income have been decreased, but 100 000 yuan have been gained by average doctor of asthma center, it is yet more in departments at basic level health unit. This asthma special department helps the development of main work: professional income of hospital in 1997 had increased by 46. 7% over the last year. It appears that the necessity and possibility of setting an asthma special department for minor or middle hospital at fronting new times, but it should really have scientific advanced technique and concientiously to take, so as to have steady social and economic efficiency for a long time.
