摘　　要：目的:研究影响冠心病住院费用的因素,以提出控制医疗费用上涨的对策。方法:采用多元逐步回归分析方法对可能的影响因素进行筛选及分析。结果:影响冠心病患者住院费用的因素依贡献大小分别为住院天数、费别、有无手术、年龄。结论:控制过高医疗费用的关键在于缩短平均住院日,实施医疗保障制度改革势在必行。Objective To study factors affecting hospitalization expenses on Cornary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease(CAHD)so as to provide a reference to control the increment of medical expenses.Methods The statistical method of stepwise was used to select and analyze the possible factors affecting the in- patients' expenses.Results In order of significance the factors affecting hospitalization expenses of CAHD are hospitalization duration, character of medical fee, operation and age.Conclusion The key point of controlling the higher medical expenses may be achieved by shortening hospitalization duration, and the analysis indicates the imperative to reform the medical security system.
