摘　　要：在目前“三项改革”尚未全部落实到位情况下,药品收入仍是医院的重要收入来源。由于医药行业竞争不断加剧,综合医院门诊处方的流失现象比较严重,直接减少了医院的收入,影响了医院的发展。通过对7家综合医院的调查,分析了处方流失的原因,并就如何减少处方流失提出了切实可行的建议。Three reformations' have not all been implented yet at present, the medicines income is still important source of the hospital' s revenue. Because the medicinal trade competition is aggravated constantly, the loss phenomenon of the clinic prescription is relatively serious in general hospital, which has reduced incomes of the hospital directly, and has influenced the development of the hospital. Author has investigated seven general hospital, analysed the loss reason of prescriptions, and put forward the feasible suggestion on how to reduce the loss of prescriptions.
