摘  要:目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定大黄药材及其单味中药精制颗粒中大黄酚的含量。方法:以Hypersil C_(18)柱为分析柱,以甲醇-0.04%磷酸(85:15)为流动相测定,检测波长为254nm。结果:大黄酚线性范围0.0151~1.5100μg。结论:本法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于大黄单味药定量分析。Objective:To investigate the content of chrysophanol in a kind of refined granules. Methods: The content of chrysophanol was determined with RP - HPLC which was consisted of C18 column and methanol-0.04 % phosphoris acid (85; 15) mixture as mobile phase, and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results: The linear range of chrysophanol was 0.0151 - 1. 51μg. Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate, and has a good reproducibility and can be used as a method for quantitative analysis.
