九头狮子草醇提物的镇咳、祛痰、抗炎作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究九头狮子草醇提物的镇咳、祛痰、抗炎作用。方法:采用小鼠氨水引咳法、小鼠酚红排泄法、腹腔染料渗出法,观察小鼠的咳嗽次数、气管排泄酚红量以及腹腔毛细血管炎性渗出物量。结果:九头狮子草能明显减少小鼠咳嗽次数,增加气管排泄酚红量以及减少腹腔毛细血管的炎性渗出。结论:九头狮子草具有明显的镇咳、祛痰、抗炎作用。Objective;To study the effects of antitussive, expectoration and anti - inflammatory of Peristrope japonica (thumb) Brem tincture. Methods; Cough in mice was induced with concentrated ammonia water. After the treatment of Peristrope japonica (thumb) Brem tincture to these mouse models, their cough frequency, tracheal phenol red secretion and abdominal cavity dye exudates were observed. Results; It was observed that the times of cough were reduced; the secretion of phenol red in the trachea increased and the inflammatory exudates decreased. Conclusions; Peristrope japonica (thumb) Brem shows obvious effects of antitussive, expectoration and anti-inflammatory.
