老年呼吸系统疾病患者情感障碍临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年呼吸系统疾病患者中的情感障碍发生率。方法:对综合医院97例老年呼吸系统疾病患者进行量表评定。结果:老年呼吸系统疾病患者中伴有中度以上抑郁者达21.6％,伴有焦虑者达58％。结论:老年呼吸系统疾病患者中情感障碍发生率较高,综合科医师应予重视并提高对该病的识别和处理能力。Objective:To investigate the prevalence of emotional disorder in the old patients with respiratory diseases. Methods; 97 old patients with respiratory diseases were assessed with Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depressive Scale. Results; The prevalence of depressive disorder and anxious disorder were 21. 6% and 58% respectively. Conclusion; Emotional disorders are often seen in old patients with respiratory diseases. It is very important to improve the recognition and treatment for them.
