摘　　要：分析了国内高速公路建设项目管理现状 ,指出在高速公路超常规速度发展的前提下 ,投资管理体制、组织管理等方面存在的弊端 ,分析了近期投资控制、招投标及合同管理、信息管理日益规范的原因所在 。In this paper, the actuality of project management in freeway construction is analyzed. Based on the analysis, malpractices in investment management and organization management in freeway construction at the present abnormal high speed are pointed out. Also, reasons why the investment control, inviting bids, biding, contract management, and information management are becoming more and more standardized are analyzed. Finally, methods for solving problems in the actuality are proposed.
