摘　　要：介绍煤矿V形输送巷道的带式输送机的工况,以及可以满足既有上运电动工况,又有下运发电工况的特殊场合的一种新型驱动装置——液力偶合器兼制动器。详细阐述电控系统PLC检测电机工况,控制液力偶合器或制动器的方法,基本已经过地面调试,结果表明设计合理,运行正常。This paper introduces the operating mode of belt conveyor which is operated in the V sytle transporting lane way of coal mine. A new-sytle drive equipment hydraulic coupling and brake are also introduced. This equipment can meet needs of the special situation which has not only dynamoelectric operating mode of upward transporting, but also electric operaing mode of downward transporting. In this paper methods of detecting the operating mode of electric machinery and controlling hydraulic coupling and brake with PLC are demonstrated. The results of subaerial debugging show that the design is rational and has good performance.
