摘　　要：S8000系统是新一代大型旋转机械在线状态监测和分析系统。该系统采用了基于Linux操作系统的现场在线状态监测设备,并通过WEB浏览方式完整实现全部监测和分析诊断功能,具有稳定、可靠、易维护等特点。本文结合S8000系统在广石化乙烯裂解三大压缩机组的实际应用情况,介绍S8000系统在石化行业压缩机组应用的可行性,以及取得的良好经济效益。S8000 system is a new generation monitor system of massive revolving machine.This system is based on on-line monitor equipment in which real-time Linux operation system is used. With WEB mode ,it completely realizes all monitor, analysis and diagnostic function. This system is of stability, reliability, maintainability. Considering application of S8000 system in Guangzhou petro-chemical抯 Ethylene compressor unit, the system抯 feasibility and the good beneficial results is introduced in this paper .
