摘　　要：本文根据中子测井资料的获取过程,应用误差理论中不确定度合成的原理与方法,估算了中子测井资料的总不确定度,并对其结果进行了分析讨论,指出了减小中子测井资料总不确定度的主要途径是增加源的活度,建立一级刻度系统,下井仪器采用高性能元器件等。According to the process to attain the data of neutron logging, a total summarizeduncertainty of neutron logging is estimated and the results estimated are analysed by usingthe method of summarized uncertainty in error theory. An approach to reduce the totaluncertainty of neutron logging for improving its accurary involves mainly increasing the activity of neutron source, setting up the fist grade calibration system and using the sondewith high property element etc.
