摘 要:目的 观察山莨菪碱对失血性休克再灌注损伤兔小肠上皮细胞超微结构的影响。方法 16只大白兔随机分为山莨菪碱注射液治疗组(S组,8只)和生理盐水对照组(C组,8只)。复制兔重度失血性休克及复苏的动物模型,在休克期间分别予等容量的山莨菪碱注射液和生理盐水治疗。复苏60 min后取回肠末端组织进行电子显微镜检查,并测量线粒体二维形态计量学参数和三维形态计量学参数。结果 电子显微镜显示:S组上皮细胞、微绒毛、线粒体、内质网损害明显轻于C组;上皮细胞单位胞浆内S组比C组线粒体数量多,肿胀较轻微。结论 山莨菪碱对失血再灌注损伤兔小肠上皮细胞超微结构有良好的保护作用。Objective To investigate the effect of scopolamine on the uhrastructure of small intestinal epithelial cell in rabbits with hemorrhage shock. Methods Sixteen healthy white rabbits were randomly divided to receive scopolamine as therapeutic drugs (group S, n=8) and only saline as control (group C, n=8). Hemorrhage/resuscitation animal model was established according to the Wigger's method. During the state of shock, the same volume of scopolamine and saline was given to group S or group C accordingly. The ultrastructure of small intestinal tissue 10cm from distal ileum was investigated by electron microscope, and the two-dimensional structural parameters and three-dimensional structural parameters of the mitochondrion were calculated. Results The ultrastructure of small intestinal tissue showed that the damages on epithelium, microvillus, mitochondrin and glycogen were less severe in Group S than those in Group C. The two and three-dimensional structural parameters of the mitochondrion revealed that mitochondrion counts were more and its swelling was less severe in group S than those in group C. Conclusion Scopolamine can protect small intestine from ischemia/reperfusion injury in rabbits with hemorrhage shock.
