摘  要:本文介绍了摩擦火花试验装置的结构、工作原理、试验程序、数据处理、资料管理以及实际应用效果。With the increasing application of light alloy material in China underground coal mines at recent years, there is a poteatial spark danger getting higher and higher occured by friction and impact between light alloy material and rusted steel. This has made a problem to in those underground operation sites with a potential explosion and fire how to prevent the spark occured. And the World mining industry has paied a great attention and concern on the problem. Therefore, it should set up means of research and development. This paper has a main presentation on the establishment of frticional spark test facility in Chongqin Branch, Central Coal Mining Reseaerch Institute, China. The test facilily can simulate the actural performance state of frictional and impact sparks. The test facility included a high velocity impact test device, drop hammer impact test device and a rotary friction test device. The test facitity is equiped with a micro computer, different kinds of sensors for the three type frictioal sparks and a measuring and monitoring system of the micro computer.
