鸡骨型白血病免疫琼扩与放射摄片诊断的比较

摘　　要：为了探索特异性免疫学诊断方法对鸡骨型白血病 (OP)的检测效果 ,用双盲法分批采样同时进行羽髓琼脂扩散试验和胫骨 X线摄片检查对比 ,共检 834只鸡 (433羽属天然自发 OP鸡群 ,4 0 1羽属人工诱发实验鸡群 )。结果羽髓琼扩试验的 OP阳性检出率为 3.4 8% (2 9/ 834) ,阳性病理符合率为 75 .86 % (2 2 / 2 9) ,阳性误诊 (假阳性 )率 2 4 .13% (7/2 9) ,阴性误诊 (假阴性 )率 36 .15 % (2 91/ 80 5 )。而 X线摄片检查的 OP阳性检出率为 38.37% (32 0 / 834)。 X线阳性完全可获病理组织学证实 ,不存在假阳性或假阴性。把禽白血病羽髓琼扩试验试用于检测鸡骨型白血病尚属初次报道 ,其阳性检出率低而误诊率高 ,尚不宜作 OP检测手段。放射摄片诊断的阳性检出率高而误诊率低 ,可快速诊断 ,故适用于For evaluating the effectiveness of specific immunodiagnosis in avian osteopetrosis(OP),the feather pulp agar gel precipitin(AGP) test and tibia bone radiography were performed at the same time.In all,834 chickens (including 433 farm chickens with spontaneous osteopetrosis and 401 experimentally induced osteopetrosis chickens) were used in the study,in which the chickens were selected by a 'double blind sampling' method.The AGP test results showed that the osteopetrosis positive reaction rate was 3 48%(29/834),the positive correlation with histopathological findings being 75 86%(22/29),and there were 24 13%(7/29) false positives and 36 15%(291/805)false negatives.In contrast,the radiographic positive rate was 38 37%(320/834) and there were no false positives and no false negatives.All the X ray positive cases could be confirmed by histophathology.This is the first report on attempt to detect osteopetrosis with feather pulp AGP.The AGP positive rate was very low and false positive or negative rates were very high,whereas the radiograhpic diagnosis was high in positive detection rate and low in false results.Thus,it is concluded that radiographic examination should be suitable for quarantine inspection of avian osteopetrosis in view of its rapid procedure.
