癸二酸废水除油试验研究

摘　　要：采用过滤法对癸二酸废水进行了除油试验研究。结果表明 ,砂滤器、蜂房滤器和超滤器对水中乳化油均具有较好的去除效果。砂滤器与蜂房串联 ,乳化油去除率 95 %以上 ,出水含油量小于10mg L ,砂滤器、蜂房及超滤器串联 ,乳化油去除率 98%以上 ,出水含油量小于 2mg L。Decanedioic acid wastewater was treated by filter and super-filtration film in test. The quartz sand filter, honeycomb filter and super-filtration film filter can treat emulsified oil in the wastewater. The emulsified oil in treated wastewater by quartz sand filter and honeycomb filter was under 10 mg/L, the treatment rate was over 95 %. The emulsified oil in treated wastewater with quartz sand filter honeycomb filter and super-filtration film filter was under 2mg/L, the treatment rate was over 98 %.
