分光光度法测定血清中镁的研究

摘　　要：研究了 4 ( 2 羟基 4 硝基苯偶氮 ) 1 苯基 3 甲基比唑啉酮 (HNAPMP)与镁的显色反应 ,在pH =10硼砂 氢氧化钠缓冲介质中 ,乳化剂 OP存在下 ,HNAPMP与镁反应生成 2 :1稳定络合物 ,λmax =52 0nm ,ε =3 .49× 10 4L .mol- 1.cm- 1.镁含量在0～ 2 0 (g/2 5ml内符合比尔定律 ,方法用于血清样品中镁的测定 。Color reaction of magnesium(II) with 4-(2-hydroxy-4-nitrophenylazo)-1- phenyl-3- methylpyazolone (HNAPMP) was studied. In the presence of pH=10 buffe r solution and emulsification-OP medium. HNAPMP can react with Mg(II) to form a s t able 2:1 complex. The molar absorptivity is 3.49×104 L.mol -1 .cm -1 at 520 nm. Be er's law is obeyed in range of 0(20μg/25ml. This method can be applied to the determination of magnesium in serum with good results.
