内蒙古荒漠草原发菜生态及其土壤内微生物季节动态的研究

摘　　要：调查了荒漠草地3类沙土表层发菜生长情况及土壤内不同季节微生物各类群数量的变化.结果表明,固定沙荒地和半固定沙荒地表层都有发菜生长,但前者比后者数量多;流动沙丘表层无发菜生长;在固定沙荒地和半固定沙荒地土壤中,除了生长好氧性细菌外,还有大量放线菌和真菌繁殖,在流动沙丘中很少有放线菌和真菌生长.The growth states of Nostoc flagelliforme and variety on organizational type and quantity of microorganism in the soil from three types of sand surface on desert steppe in different season were investigated and studied.The results showed,N.flagelliforme both on the surface of fixed desert and semfixed desert,but the quantity on the former is far more than the latter,and barely on moving dunes.In the soil of fixed desert and semfixed desert,there are lots of atinomycetes and fungi besides wellgrowing arobic bacteria,but few in moving dunes.
