摘　　要：由于现有评价方法的优缺点具有互补性,本文把改进的Delphi法、层次分析法、灰色关联统计和模糊评判综合集成为DHGF综合评价模型,在评价的不同步骤运用不同的方法.利用该模型对供电企业发展水平进行了综合评价研究,取得了满意的效果.As the advantages and disadvantages of the current evaluating methods are complementary, an integrated method of DHGF (Delphi, Analytic Hierarchy Process), grey incidence degree and fuzzy synthetic evaluation) are proposed, with different methods at various steps of evaluation, and are used to evaluate the power plants' developing levels with satisfactory results.
