摘　　要：公民的政治参与状况与推动社会主义民主政治建设的进程有紧密的关系,是学者应该关注的问题。而少数民族欠发达地区由于历史和现实的客观条件的制约,其农民政治参与的现状离社会主义民主政治建设的要求相距甚远。本文试图从经济条件、参与机制、政治文化等角度来分析少数民族欠发达地区农民政治参与的主要制约因素。The citizen's participation in politics is closely connected to the process of the socialist construction of democratic politics, for which scholars should show concern. However, owing to historical and practical reasons in the undeveloped minority regions and some restraints, the farmers' participation in politics lags far behind the needs of the socialist construction of democratic politics. Through a discussion of the economic conditions, participation system and political culture in these regions, the authors have discussed the main restraints.
