摘　　要：我国金融业基本上是一种以间接融资和银行体系为主、直接融资和资本市场为辅的银行主导型金融结构。金融体系应具备信息中介、风险分担和鼓励创新功能。China's financial structure is basically one with banks as its dominant component, which is primarily composed of indirect financing and banking system, and secondarily, of direct financing and capital market. Financial system is to play such roles as information intermediary, risk-sharing and innovation-incentive.
