摘　　要：本文简述了当前清钢落棉的处理与利用概况,指出了当前存在的主要问题,重点阐明了提高废棉处理质量及其利用价值的意见,并提出了新型高效废棉处理机的结构。Some proposals have been put forward for the improvement of processing qualities and utility value of cotton wastes while the paper briefs the current treatment and utilization of chute feed droppings and existing problems, a succinct introduction is given later for the structure of a high efficiency cotton wastes processing system.
