水性聚氨酯型羊毛防毡缩整理剂的合成及应用

摘　　要：以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯 (IPDI)和聚醚多元醇 (GEP - 330N和PE - 6 2 0 0 )为基本原料 ,通过用亚硫酸氢钠 (NaHSO3)封端的方法 ,合成了 2种水性聚氨酯型羊毛防毡缩整理剂 ,并用于羊毛织物的整理 。In this paper,the novel waterborne polyurethane finish agents for easy\|care wool were synythesized,which was prepolymerized from polyether polyol(GEP\|330N and PE\|6200) and isophorone diisocyanae (IPDI),then blocked with sodium bisulfite,and then dispersed in water.The factors affecting reaction were discussed.The products,poly\|carbamoyl sulfonates (PCS) then were applied to the finishing of wool fabric,which were proved to be effective to the shrink\|proofing of wool fabric,the fabric also have good handle and good whiteness.
