摘　　要：叙述了含硼石墨碳源合成金刚石的效果。讨论了石墨碳源含硼种类及其掺量对合成金刚石效果及其晶体生长性能的影响。在对含硼石墨碳源多种性能进行测试与分析的基础上,指出了选择合成金刚石碳源材料的原则和必要性。This text, the effect of synthesis diamond is comprised of boron graphite carbon source is described, Discussed the influence of boron and his mixing capacity on the effect of synthesis diamond and his crystal growth function.
