摘　　要：体育教师的职业倦怠是现实存在的,不合理的与消极的。造成这一现象的原因有社会因素、工作因素和个人因素。我们应从社会、学校和个人三个层面上进行综合治理,提高体育教师的素质,激发其工作热情。Professional attitude of P.E. teachers is an important and negative phenomenon. Many social, professional and individual factors contribute to it. In order to improve the quality and stimulate the enthusiasm of P.E. teachers, a comprehensive analysis is carried out.
