对运动员科学选材若干问题的思考

摘　　要：竞技体育竞争日益激烈的发展趋势和成才率相对低下的客观事实,使得人们越来越重视运动员的选材工作。但是,目前运动员选材工作中存在着一些不尽如人意的地方。通过对选材若干问题的理论分析,笔者认为:科学选材指标和标准的选取与建立是运动员科学选材工作的首要任务,而中高级运动员选材指标与标准的建立是我们今后选材研究工作的主要方向。More competition in sports and low success rate in selection of athletic talents make sports expert pay more attention to the selection of athletic talents. But, at present, there are many unsatisfied problems exist in the selection of athletic talents. By analyzing these problems, the author indicates that the selection of scientific index and criteria is the chief task in our talents selection work, and constructing the scientific index system for high level athletic selection is our main direction in the coming step.
