摘　　要：20世纪初,梁启超通过对德国政治学家伯伦知理的介绍,接受了近代欧洲的国家主义思想的影响。他的新民思想也受到国家主义思想的深刻影响。我们可以从新民思想形成的历史背景、立论依据和主要内容看到这种影响。国家主义思想对于梁启超思想的影响固然是他政治上倒退的重要思想根源,但在这种思想影响下产生的新民思想却对中国近代文化启蒙具有重要的价值。In the early years of the twentieth century, Liang qichao, as well as his thoughts of new people, was influenced by modern European Nationalism which had been introduced by German political scientist Bluntschili, as seen through the historical background against which the thoughts of new people was formed, the grounds of argument and the main content of the thoughts. Though the influence of nationalism on him eventually resulted in his political retrogression, Liang qichao抯 thoughts of new people which was influenced by the nationalism is of great value to modern Chinese culture enlightenment.
