摘 要:根据有关预测和综合分析得知,目前四川省的电源结构不尽合理,水电中径流电站比重大,水电综合调节能力差,汛枯期电量相差悬殊;2001~2010年四川省电力系统峰谷差的增长加快,系统调节能力较弱。随着国民经济的快速发展,四川电力市场将出现较大的空间,对于四川电力工业来说,开发大渡河流域具有季调节能力及梯级补偿效益显著的瀑布沟水电站是较好的途径之一,符合国家对电源结构调整的政策,期望引起有关方面的高度重视,加快大渡河流域的滚动开发。From predication and general analysis,power resource structure is not ideal now in Sichuan province and most hydropower stations are run of river power stations with poor power regulating capacity and great difference in power generation during wet season and dry season.From 2001 to 2010,difference between peak load and low load increases rapidly for Sichuan power system,but regulating capacity of the system is poor.With the fast development of national economy,Sichuan power market will face a great challenge.Therefore,one of the best way is to build Pubugou hydropower station with seasonal regulating capacity and great cascade compensating benefit in Dadu River Basin.The construction of Pubugou hydropower station is in line with the policy for power resource structure regulation in China and it is expected to attach great importance to the project by the parties concerned so as to speeding up the rolling development of Dadu River Basin.
