摘　　要：针对一类有后效性的多阶段决策系统,在分析系统模型性质的基础上,给出了复原子策略概念及1+P级滑动算法,并将系统模型及算法用于水库对区间洪水补偿调节计算,解决了动态规划方法对状态的无后效性要求。In this paper, PGrade Delay System is presented which is a so called chain classified system model with aftereffect, and the corresponding algorithm is given on the basis of analysis of model characteristics and constructing the concept of duplicate atomic strategy. The model and algorithm are used for river section flood compensation regulation from a reservoir.
