鼓室成形术中两种鼓膜修复材料的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　对鼓室成形术中的两种鼓膜移植材料分析比较。方法　对两种鼓膜移植材料所做鼓室成形术 10 7耳进行分析 ,其中应用耳屏软骨膜 4 5耳 ,应用颞肌筋膜 6 2耳。结果　应用耳屏软骨膜及颞肌筋膜作为鼓膜移植材料 ,两者在提高鼓膜成活率和患者听力方面均效果良好。结论　耳屏软骨膜和颞肌筋膜均可作为良好的鼓膜移植材料 。Objectives To compare two graft material in tympanoplasty.Methods To analyze the result of tympanoplasty of 107 ears made by the two graft materials, used respectively tragus perichondrium in 45 ears and temporal muscular fasciae in 62 ears among of them.Results As the graft materials in tympanoplasty, tragus perichondrium and temporal muscular fasciae are effective to enhance the efficiency of drum membrane and audile of patients.Conclusions Tragus perichondrium and temporal muscular fasciae are acted as the satisfactory graft material in tympanoplasty, both which are no significant difference.
