摘 要:贵州省煤炭资源储量丰富,具有向周边地区送电的潜力;而华中电网所辖四省区水能资源较丰富,系统以水电为主。从中长期分析,华中电网是一个能源输入地区。湖南与贵州相邻,随着500kV电网的发展延伸,为两网互联提供了可能。根据贵州省与华中四省区能源资源储量及构成和两端电网的发展规划,对贵州与湖南(华中)电网联网的必要性、联网时机及联网方案等进行了探讨。Guizhou province is rich in coal resources and possesses the potentiality of transmitting electric power to peripheral locality, meanwhile the four provinces covered by Central China Power Grid hold luxuriant hydro resources in store and the hydro power stations play important role in the grid. The results from middle-term and long-term analyses show that Central China will be an energy source import area, because Hunan province is adjacent to Guizhou province and along with the development and extension of 500kV power networks the possibility for interconnection of these power systems is provided. According to the constitution and reserves of energy resources in Guizhou province and four provinces in Central China and in the light of the plan for the development of Central China Power Grid and South China Power Grid, the necessity of interconnecting the Guizhou power system with Hunan power system, the opportunity of the interconnection and the project for the interconnection are researched.
