摘 要:运用高温低氧燃烧技术优化设计了HTAC钢包烘烤装置 ,并进行了工业试验研究。试验验证了实验室实验归纳出的陶瓷蜂窝体蓄热体阻力损失模型和蓄热式燃烧系统的换向时间模型。试验结果表明 :HTAC钢包烘烤装置与传统钢包装置相比 ,进行钢包升温烘烤时 ,节约燃料 6 2 .95 % ;进行钢包干燥并升温烘烤时 ,节约燃料 16 .0 1%。钢包内衬温度均匀 ,烘烤质量明显提高。The ladle preheating system of HTAC had been designed by the high temperature air combustion technology in this paper, and the industrial experiment reseach had been succeeded by the device. The experiment had validated the models which had been concluded by lab experiment on the resistance losing of ceramic honeycomb regenerator and the swith time of the system of regeneration combustion. The result of experiment showed that the fuel saving of HTAC ladle preheating system is 62.95% when the process of rising the temperature of the ladle was accomplished, and the fuel saving is 16.01% when the process of the roast and rising the temperature of the ladle was accomplished, by comparing the HTAC ladle preheating system with the traditional device. The ladle temperature field of the ladle preheating system of HTAC is well-proportioned and the ladle preheating quality is prominently improved.
