摘　　要：本文介绍了一个基于中兴开发的一款GSM模块而设计的一个能利用现有的GSM网络自动抄表的系统。该电表由220V电网直接供电,可以在每个月固定的某一天将电表所累计的用电量,通过使用AT标准指令与GSM模块通讯,利用现有的GSM网络,以短消息的形式发出,并可以存储每月所用的电量值,以备日后查对。该电表同时还具有分时计费的功能,可以根据不同时段按不同时段相应的价格计费。This article introduced an automatic electric meter copying system which is based on a GSM module developed by ZTE and takes advantage of forthcoming GSM network. The meter is supplied by 220V network directly. It communicates with the GSM module by using AT commands set. It can send the short message about the volume of the power which had been used through the existing GSM network. It also can store the monthly value of the power which had been used for the future check. The electric meter has another function that can accumulate the value of the power in a different way during the different time share.
