摘　　要：讨论了目前电力企业电费运营和管理体制的特点 ,提出了电费管理系统的系统结构和系统数据库的设计方法 ,并在此基础上 。This paper presents the current characteristics of power supply and management in power corporations, proposes the structure of management information system of electricity charges and design method for database. On this basis it makes an analysis on the technology of database design and optimization.
