摘 要:分析了瓶颈资源、缓冲、生产周期之间的关系,以及目前各种用于确定约束资源的方法。针对生产过程中的不确定性因素,提出了一种利用Q GERT(Queue GraphicEvaluationandReviewTechnolo gy)和仿真技术来确定瓶颈资源的方法,这样既能真实体现生产中的实际情况,也能准确确定系统中的瓶颈资源。从而使企业在保证较短的生产周期的同时,大大节省了人力、物力。The relations among bottleneck resources, buffer and the leadtime and the methods on identifying the bottleneck resources are analyzed. A method based on QGERT(QueueGraphic Evaluation and Reniew Technology) and simulation technique was brought forward to aim for the situation in which every process's capacity was near to each other. The pragmatic situation of production can be actually embodied and the bottleneck resources of the system can be accurately identified by the method. So the enterprise should undertake a short leadtime and economize labor force and materials.
