摘　　要：对科技论文撰写中有关英文摘要的写法、新国标(GB3100～3102-93)量和单位的规范使用中的一般规律和需注意的几个常见问题进行了讨论,为非专业编辑人员迅速了解这些问题的正确用法提出了简便有效的方法,对提高编辑速度和科技文献质量具有实用意义。Discusses how to write an abstract of a scientific paper and use the new state standards (GB3100～3102-93,China), describes the using rules of them and presents a method for nonprofessional editorial persons mastering the standard usage of them rapidly. The practice proves that the method is simple and effective. It is of practical meaning for raising editorial speed and quality of scientific papers.
