摘 要:研究了放射性锆 ( 95Zr)在模拟海水、底质及海洋生物间的迁移、消长的动态 .结果表明 ,海水中95Zr的比活度在最初 4h内下降了 90 %以上 ,此后呈缓慢递减趋势 ;底质中95Zr的比活度至 4 8h达到最大值 ,随后逐渐降低 ;半褶织纹螺螺壳和螺肉的放射性百分比分别为 6 8.7%和 31.30 % ;大弹涂鱼的鳃、鳍、内脏、头骨、皮、脊柱和肌肉等组织的放射性百分比分别为 2 2 .80 %、12 .6 4 %、34.82 %、10 .31%、4 .4 8%、11.5 5 %和 3.71% .半褶织纹螺对95Zr的积累比大弹涂鱼更强 .95Zr在海水、底质、半褶织纹螺和大弹涂鱼中浓度的大小顺序是 :底质 >半褶织纹螺 >海水 >大弹涂鱼 .各分室中95Zr浓度 (即比活度 )To provide scientific evidence to evaluate the behavior of 95 Zr in ocean ecosystem,the dynamic model of the transference,accumulation and disappearance of 95 Zr among the simulated marine water,sediment and organisms was investigated using Nassarius semiplicatus and Boleophthalums pectinirostris as experimental stuffs. The result showed that 95 Zr(Bq·g -1 or Bq·ml -1 ) in the marine water was decreased more than 90% in the first 4 h,and then descended gradually. 95 Zr in sediment was increased th the peak in 48 h and then declined. The radioactivity percent of 95 Zr in the shell and muscle of Nassarius semiplicatus was 68.7% and 31.30% respectively,while the radioactivity percent was 22.80%,12.64%,34.82%,10.31%,4.48%,11.55% and 3.71%,respectively in the fill,fin,viscera,skull,skin,vertebra and muscle of Boleophthalmus pectinirostris.Nassarius semiplicatus had a greater concentrating capability of 95 Zr than Boleophthalmus pectinirostris . The order of the 95 Zr concentration was found to be sediment > Nassarius semiplicatus> water> Boleophthalmus pectinirostris .A dynamic model of closed four compartment was constructed with exponent functio
