摘　　要：采用主要含丁烷和丙烷的四号溶剂作为萃取剂,在常温下萃取除去芥酸酰胺中未反应的原料及其衍生物,提高了芥酸酰胺的品质(纯度和色泽),芥酸酰胺质量分数一级品从80%提高到98%,优级品达到99%。扩大了产品应用范围,萃取物有待进行二次开发利用。Using No.4 solvent consisting of butane and propane as extractant at normal temperature to remove the impurities in erucic amide,such as unreacted raw materials and their derivatives,purity and color of erucic amide are improved.Mass fraction of erucic amide can achieve 099.Thus,application of the product is expanded,and moreover,the extract is to be developed for reuse.
