温养通心胶囊治疗病窦综合征的机理研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨温养通心胶囊对病窦综合征的治疗效果。方法　将 6 0例病窦综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组口服温养通心胶囊 ,对照组口服心宝胶囊 ,观察治疗前后患者心率的变化以及血小板活化因子的改变。结果　治疗组总有效率为 93%,效果明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　温养通心胶囊能明显提高心率 ,治疗病窦综合征的效果优于心宝胶囊。OBJECTIVE To explore into the mechanism of treatment of sick sinus syndrome with Wenyang Tongxin Capsule. METHOD 60 patients with sick sinus syndrome were divided randomly into a treatment group treated with Wenyang Tongxin Capsule and a control group treated with Xinbao Capsule, and the changes in the activation factors of blood platelet and heart rate were observed before and after treatment. RESULT The total effective rate obtained in the treatment group was 93%, much higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION Wenyang Tongxin Capsule can markedly increase the heart rate and is more effective in the treatment of sick sinus syndrome than Xinbao Capsule.
