摘 要:分别应用“成对株系冷藏法”和“花培提纯法”对上海市主要杂交粳稻亲本进行了提纯。成对株系冷藏法针对杂交粳稻BT型不育系特点 ,将多年繁殖的原种来源于同一提纯世代 ,减少因繁殖世代增加而导致不育系育性的降低 ;花培提纯法通过杂交粳稻三系亲本分别花药培养 ,经过单倍体再加倍而加速三系纯化速度。通过提纯的寒丰A、寒丰B、82 0 4A、82 0 4B、申 4A、申 4B 3 0个株系 ,平均纯度达 99.80 %~ 99.86%。经花培提纯的不育系不育株率 10 0 % ,不育度 99.97% ,恢复系亲本纯度达到 99.99%。Purification and rejuvenation of the main japonica hybrid rice parents used in Shanghai were conducted with the method of pair lines cool storage and anther culture. The method of pair lines cool storage could keep the sterile characteristics of sterile line without the increase of reproduction generation, because all the parents seeds came from same generation, which was a proper way for BT type japonica hybrid rice, and the method of anther culture could accelerate purification of parents of three line japonica hybrid rice. The average purity of 30 pair lines of Hanfeng A, 8204A, Shen 4A purified and rejuvenated through pair lines cool storage method were 99.80%~99.86%. By anther culture for purification and rejuvenation, 100% plants of sterile line were sterile and their unfertile degrees were 99.97% and purity of restoring line was up to 99.99%.
