摘 要:对转基因抗虫棉Yc110 7、Yc10 0 9、Yc5 0 773个品系用自交混繁法和三圃制法生产的原种进行了抗虫性比较。研究结果表明 :用自交混繁法生产的转基因抗虫棉原种纯度优于三圃制生产的原种。转基因抗虫棉的原种生产应突出自交的作用 ,以系谱选择为基本手段 ,配合抗虫性的鉴定和筛选 ,并在严格隔离条件下建立起高水平的遗传平衡。Three transgenic cotton lines with resistance to insect (Yc1107, Yc1109, Yc5077) female parent seeds produced by the methods of self-cross mixed reproduction and three-nursery system conducted insect resistant properties using different way in the room and field. The results showed that the female parent seeds grown by self-cross mixed reproduction were better than that by three-nursery system. The female parent seed growing of transgenic cotton with resistance to insect must stress the role of self-cross, take linear selection as basic methods, coordinate insect resistant appraisal and sieving, under the circumstances of strictly isolating, then set up a high level hereditary balance.
