三唑磷高效液相色谱分析方法研究

摘　　要：用高效液相色谱法 ,以甲醇 +水 +氨水 (体积比为 85∶15∶0 .2 )作流动相测定了三唑磷的含量。该方法标准偏差为 0 .2 0 73 ,变异系数 0 .69% ,平均回收率 99.65 % ,方法线性关系良好 ,相关系数为 0 .9993。The quantitative analysis of triazophos was undertaken by HPLC through using methanol with ammonia and water (85∶15∶0.2) as mobile phase and the results showed that the standard deviation, variation coefficient and average recovery were 0.207?3,0.69% and 99.65% respectively. The method gave a good linear response with correlation coefficient 0.999?3.
