摘　　要：产学合作教育是高职高专院校教育教学改革的必由之路。文章根据产学合作教育的实践 ,阐述了实施“2 + 1”产学合作教育模式中顶岗实习的基本思路、组织保证体系、实习岗位、教师队伍建设。Production and education cooperation is nece ssary for universities and colleges.On the basement of practice,the paper compou nds the b asic thoughts,operation mechanism,position of practice,teacher troop,form a nd fruits obtained form practice in charge.
