摘　　要：针对传统的梳毛机粗纱质量靠电容式条干仪检测只能在离线状态下进行的问题,本文采用图像处理技术,测定梳毛机末道毛网灰度曲线图和波谱图,并通过曲线图和波谱图的在线全过程监控,大大地提高了生产质量.The convention measurement of roving unevenness based on capacitive evenness testers is merely offline.This paper focuses on measurement of the woolen web unevenness of gray curve and spectrum diagram based on computer image processing. According to the measuring data, failure diagnosis is carried out for wool card and the satisfying results are obtained.It can solve the online monitor of gray curve and spectrum diagram in whole production process and improves the production quality greatly.
