摘　　要：基于无功辅助服务(RPAS)的目标带调控法选择了适当的特征量,提出了RPAS源服务份额的定量评估方法:定量评估包括基准份额的评估和实际份额的评估两部分内容,并定义了相应的评估指标;分析了运行模式在RPAS评估中的应用,提出了RPAS评估过程中相同运行模式的直接归类应用策略及变异运行模式的修正应用策略,这些策络既提高了评估结果在同类模式或相近模式下的利用率,又保证了不同模式下评估结果的准确性。最后,文中以实际系统的算例说明了定量评估方法的合理性。First, based on the objective-belt regulating and controlling method proposed by reference, this paper selects 4 features and proposes a method for quantitatively evaluating shares of RPAS sources. The quantitative evaluation includes two parts that are the standard share evaluation and the actual share evaluation, and also establishes their relative indexes. Second, the paper analyzes the application of operation pattern on evaluation of RPAS, and proposes a direct classified application strategy for the same operation patterns and a modified application strategy for the variant operation patterns. These strategies not only raise utilization efficiency of evaluation results of RPAS sources for the same and similar patterns, but also ensure accuracy of evaluation results of RPAS sources for the different patterns. Last, the paper shows the rationality of the quantitative evaluation method by a real system.
