摘 要:针对研制低污染旋流煤粉燃烧器,探讨进口堵塞对NO生成的影响。用NO生成的统一二阶矩代数模型, HCN释放的简化Solomon模型和煤粉燃烧的全双流体模型,对进口堵塞对锅炉旋流煤粉燃烧器NO生成的影响进行了数值模拟,给出了温度、湍流动能、煤粉浓度和NO浓度分布。典型进口的模拟结果和文献中给出的实验结果符合较好。数值模拟探讨了进口堵塞位置和尺寸对NO生成的影响。模拟结果指出,在一次风和二次风进口之间加堵塞可以显著降低煤粉燃烧的氮氧化物排放。Aiming at developing low-pollution burners, the effect of inlet blocking on NO formation in a swirling coal combustor is numerically studied. An algebraic unified second-order moment turbulence-chemistry model of NO formation, a simplified Solomon model of HCN release are proposed. Together with a full two-fluid model of coal combustion.Those models are used in numerical simulation. The predicted temperature, turbulence intensity, coal concentration and NO concentration are obtained. The prediction results for typical cases are in good agreement with the experimental results reported in references. The effect of inlet blocking position and sizes are studied. The results indicate that the blocking between the primary-air flow and the secondary-air flow can remarkably reduce the NO formation.
