摘　　要：IP服务质量已成为IP网络的研究热点，Internet面临的最大挑战之一是在IP网络中给不断涌现的各种应用提供区分的QoS性能保证。综述了IP服务质量的产生背景、当前的解决方案及相关的QoS技术支持，对当前IP QoS的两个主要模型进行了性能比较。IP QoS(quality of service) has become a hot research area in IP network recent years. One of the biggest challenges facing the Internet today is to scale to an infrastructure that can provide QoS to a wide variety of applications and traffic types. This paper provides an overview of what QoS is, why people needs it,and what the current approaches for implementing it are. And the paper compares the performance between the IntServ model and DiffServ model.
