摘　　要：基于面向对象GIS建模技术提出了一种有效的通信管道地理模型，并且在MapInfo平台通过MapBasic编程完全实现。该模型不仅满足视觉要求，而且设计的用户操作简便、易用，为实现对市话管线资源的高效、可视化管理提供了一条有效的途径。This paper proposes a new kind of communication pipe model, called integrated communication pipe model (ICPM),and turns it into reality on MapInfo with MapBasic program. The ICPM not only meets the visual requirements, but also simplifies end users' operations on pipes greatly. The ICPM is one of most important models in telecom data system (TDS) and its realization will facilitate the application's popularization.
