中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎36例临床研究

摘　　要：目的　观察中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎 (LN)的临床疗效。方法　 6 6例LN患者随机分为 2组。治疗组 36例 ,在西医治疗的同时配合中医辨证加减治疗 ;对照组 30例 ,单纯西医治疗。治疗 3个月后比较 2组临床疗效。结果　治疗组总有效率为 88.89% ,复发率 1 3.89% ,对照组分别为 76 .6 7% ,4 3.33% ,2组比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组较对照组药物不良反应发生率显著降低 (P <0 .0 1 )。Object To observe the effect of integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on the treatment of lupus nephritis. Method 60 patients with lupus nephritis were randomly divided into treatment group (n=36), which was treated by integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, and control group (n=30) was treated by routine therapy (western medicine). The clinical effect in both groups was observed and compared. Results In treatment group the total effective rate (88.89%) was significantly higher and relapse rate (13.89%) was significantly lower than those of control group (76.67%, 43.33%, P<0.05). Conclusion Integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine was obviously superior to western medicine alone on the treatment of lupus nephritis.
